WHO WE ARE
Our Managing Partners have managed or controlled large, market-leading companies or innovative and leading service providers and start-ups. We are entrepreneurs, supervisory board members and executive directors integrated in our industry networks, but always with a regional anchorage.
Each of us has initiated and implemented a large number of recruiting projects. Our operational teams are tailor-made for the respective challenges, as experienced researchers, project managers and above all as results-oriented doers.
We do understand processes only as a basis for sustainable decisions and implementation. Ultimately, in-depth knowledge, experience and empathy are crucial when combined with the latest scientific applications.

THOMAS PFÜTZENREUTER
Managing Partner
Thomas started his international education and professional career at 3M Company. He then held various CEO and board positions with international companies like Rockwool, Hepworth, Rigips, Saint Gobain and AkzoNobel. Most recently, he served as "CEO" of Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH and "Vice President Public Affairs" of Air Liquide Europe Headquarters.
As an independent entrepreneur and investor, Thomas has invested in several companies and start-ups. As a "hands-on" entrepreneur, he founded four start-ups by himself. Currently, he has acquired a small medium-sized company, successfully restructuring it and making it profitable and sustainable.

MARCO BENSEN
Director Hospitality Industry
Marco Bensen held management positions in well-known international hotel companies for over 25 years, such as InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, NH Hotels, Dorint or Meliá Hotels International. As General Manager and Area General Manager, he was responsible for the strategic and operational management of several hotels.
In addition, Marco has been board member and chairman of the corresponding DEHOGA (German Hotel and Restaurant Association) regional associations, chairman of the 'Dutch Association Dresden' and member of the board of trustees of SRH Academy in Dresden.
In addition to his practical experience, Marco deepened his knowledge and skills with a master's degree (Master of Arts) in “Hospitality Management” at the University of Brighton.
As a proven specialist in the "hotel, catering and tourism" sector, he will be the representative of Manx Heads to the "hospitality" sector.
Especially within the hospitality sector, financial results are - to a large extent - linked to the quality of people management and the motivation of employees.
