CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION

We enjoy and protect the trust of our clients. We guarantee discretion, integrity, loyalty, objectivity, thoroughness and systematic approach, and we continuously strive for long-term excellent results. We commit ourself to treat all received internal information strictly confidential, also after its completion.

CONSULTING SERVICES


We only accept orders that we are convinced will be successfully completed and for which we can provide the necessary skills, knowledge and resources. Project management is always in the responsibility of one dedicated Managing Partner, who serves as the contact person for the client and also assumes accountability for the execution. Before accepting an assignment, we inform our clients about potential conflicts of interest and possible restrictions arising from other client relationships. We regularly inform our clients about the progress of the project.

CONTRACTS & FEES

The consulting service is clearly defined in terms of type, time and quality as well as the expected result. The amount of the fee is clearly and transparently determined on the basis of a Fair Fee Model. We do not accept any fees from candidates in connection with recruitment assignments.

DEALING WITH CLIENTS AND CANDIDATES


Each of our Managing Partners is accountable for its own decisions and actions, based on the strategy and values of the company. We offer our clients a high degree of commitment and passion for the task and the highest quality of service in the result. We do not address employees of our current clients as candidates for other positions. We only designate clients as references if we have previously received their explicit written consent. When dealing with candidates, we observe special duties of care. In particular, we only obtain references from the current employer if the candidate has explicitly agreed to this. The same applies to forwarding of candidate documents to third partiesWe advise our clients and candidates throughout the entire process - a cornerstone of our way of working.
